To ensure total security and tranquility to our guests at Casa das Letras we inform that:
- Casa das Letras is rented to one guest or one family only, even if the reservation is for one room only. This exclusivity will thus ensure any social contention measure.
- Casa das Letras follows a detailed and certified sanitization plan (see here) using the best bactericides, fungicides and virucides available. The house has anti-bacterial gel dispensers in every room and a modern nebulizer which continuously disinfects the air and surfaces.
- At least three days will be reserved for cleaning, sanitization, and preparation of the house before any new guest enters. During this period, the procedures followed are as detailed here.
